ALPHONSO E. HAMILTON
Managing Director
Mr. Hamilton was elected President and CEO of VIDE Corporation in February of 2001. As President, he is responsible for the direct management and day-to-day operations of VIDE.
Mr. Hamilton brings 23 years of experience in the telecommunication and information technology industries. As one of the founding partners and senior visionary, he plans to uniquely position VIDE as a global e-business architecture and service firm, specializing in the deployment of network performance and security management solutions.
Earlier, Mr. Hamilton has severed as President/COO of New Media Technologies and has held numerous Vice President and senior management positions at Lucent Technologies and Nortel Networks. He received his undergraduate degree from Tennessee State University and earned an MBA from Vanderbilt University Owen School of Management. Mr. Hamilton has been recognized in the 2004-2005 register of "Who's Who" in Executives and Professionals.
ROBERT REDWINE
Technical Services
Mr. Redwine is responsible for providing direction and guidance to the company's team of technical consultants and system engineers. He brings 20 years of combined experience managing IT operations, specializing in capacity planning, system development, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation.
Previously, Mr. Redwine held management positions in the consulting firm of Predictive Systems, where he led major technology initiatives for telecommunications and IT companies. He also held the position of Senior Engineer for AT&T and Texas Utilities Electric Company where he was responsible for supporting the deployment and maintenance of state-of-the-art networks. He received his undergraduate degrees from Texas A&M University and earned an MBA from Florida Metropolitan University.
Heather Herndon-Wright
Business Development
Heather Herndon-Wright is Publisher of Women's Enterprise Magazine and President and Chief Executive Officer of Herndon-Wright Enterprises. Ms. Herndon-Wright has over 12 years executive experience in business development, supporting corporate diversity initiatives across public, non-profit and private sectors. She has spent the last 8 years establishing and managing both supplier and channel diversity initiatives for Fujitsu Network Communications and Lucent Technologies.
As National Director of Supply Chain Diversity for Lucent and Fujitsu, Ms. Hearndon-Wright was responsible for developing, promoting, and overseeing the corporate strategy for diversity inclusion of minorities, women, and disabled-veterans business enterprises (MWDVBE). Ms. Herndon-Wright was President of the Richardson Boys & Girls Club Board of Directors, founding Executive Director of the North Texas Women's Business Council, and Liaison for the Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) International Airport Board of Directors.
Ms. Herndon-Wright has received numerous awards that include the North Texas Women's Business Council Dare to Risk Award, the American Indian Chambers of Commerce of Texas American Indian of the Year Award, and the Minority Business News M-Company Catalyst Award.
She has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Dallas in Government & Politics with an emphasis on Constitutional Law.
DEIRDRE GILES
Business Operations
Deirdre Giles oversees the daily business operations and human resource requirements of the company. She brings several years of experience in general business and government affairs, working for more than a decade in the Bursar and Government Affairs offices at state university system.
Prior to joining VIDE, Ms. Giles held various positions in the finance and government affairs departments at Tennessee State University. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Purchase College at State University of New York (SUNY).
